God sometimes has trouble arresting our attention: amidst all the distractions, we aren’t even aware of his presence. Right now, be still, and envision God laying hands gently on your head, has healing power of quietness pouring into you, his love overpowering you; I lay My Loving Hands on you in blessing
Wait in love and longing to feel their tender pressure and, as you wait, courage and hope will flow into your being, irradiate your life with the warm sun of My Presence. Let all go. Loosen your hold on earth, its care, its worries, even its joys
Seafarers, as well as you and I, need that power from our God in our lives. July 9th is Sea Sunday, when we are asked to pray for all of the seafarers wherever they are in the world and those with faith or no faith. Will you join me sometime on this day to say a pray for them and, for yourself
