A Mag Way Warm Welcome

As we all know, lots of people will be finding keeping their homes warm difficult as the weather gets colder.  So every Friday until the end of March we will be open to offer a warm welcome, from 10am until 2pm and be offering hot drinks, toast and toppings over lunch free of charge

Then again between 3-5pm for families to have somewhere at the end of the school day
We are also planning:
·      to have warm coats, gloves etc on offer
·      toiletries available
·      plenty of wool to knit hats
·      books, magazines, colouring, word-searches etc
·      community singing, quizzes, crafts, make and mend sewing
·      a listening ear, with Futures and Community Wardens and

Futures staff to offer advice and help with filling in forms, etc
Family Warm Welcome includes offer of a simple meal, children’s games and crafts, hats, and gloves to take away, a laptop and help with homework, room to run around and toddler safe toys.  A chance to top up and chill out at the end of the week
